Alpharetta/Milton WE REMEMBER 911

A 911 WE REMEMBER Memorial Service was held September 11, 2011 at Alpharetta Public Safety Headquarters Memorial Park. Rotary Club of Alpharetta volunteer participation was organized by John Hipes, BillWeeks, and Phil Kingry with lunch provided by the club for the first responders afterward. The services were lead by Rotarian and Chief of Public Safety Gary George and included laying of a memorial wreath and the release of doves. Among the guest speakers were Rotarians State Representative Lynne Riley and  Alpharetta Mayor Arthur Letchas.
