The Phares family: Bithanya (5), Tadesse, Abraham (11), & Tuwers
This Saturday, March 10th, eight volunteers representing Alpharetta Rotary joined members of several other organizations in an ongoing Habitat for Humanity home building project in east Cherokee County. This phase of construction involved placing applying siding. There are three houses simultaneously under construction at this location and our club is partial sponsor of the future home of the Phares family from Ethiopia.Their story of coming to the United States is compelling and can be read by clicking on their picture above.
