March Meeting - 03/01/2013

At this meeting President Bill Weeks commented on our successful Charter Night celebration with thanks to all who helped it be a great success. Kerry Burke along with Bill gave a presentation on the recent trip to Honduras in conjuction with Roswell Rotary. Four water distribution projects were completed along with eye exams and the distribution of 2200 pairs of glasses. International Director Karen Nolan updated the progress of our $100,000 Global Grant water project in Equador scheduled to start on 1 June. Sandy Springs, Lanier South, and Dunwoody Rotary Clubs are partnering in the project.
