Roxane Dimon updates the members on Mayor's Run & Fun Sponsors. To date we have received $11,250....well ahead of previous years.
Bill Hamilton and Sam Gordon help Speaker John Kelley deal with a balky projector, thus answering another facet of the continuing question, "How many Rotarians does it take to......."
President Sam Gordon presented "Hearts for Humanity" pins to Rick Leaman (picture right) for his oversight of the recent GSE Team visit and Mark Speigel for his work with Stand Up for Kids.
John McMillan and Chris Weeber both had a chance to pick the Ace of Spades at this week's raffle. John elected to rub Steve Beecham's head for good luck and was rewarded with a face card worth $10. Chris demurred at his chance to rub Steve's "crown" and only pulled the 2 of clubs. There could be a lesson here for future raffle contestants who want to be successful!
