USO Service at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport - 2013/03/07

 As part of our continuing commitment to support our military personnel, Alpharetta Rotarians were proud to serve at the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport USO as the soldiers passed through on their way to Afghanistan and Kuwait. Our volunteers acted as greeters as they arrived and provided a meal of "traditional" southern BBQ, wings, slaw and potato salad. Special thanks to William Perkins for organizing this service opportunity as well as volunteers Eric Douglas, Cookie Haynes, John Norton, GRSP student Christine Pederson, Kerry Burke, Kerry Singley and son Derek, Rick Leaman, and Chris Weeber.
