Alpharetta Hosts College Students from Around the World

Approximately 60 international students from the Georgia Rotary Student Program arrived in Atlanta on Friday November 14th for the annual GRSP weekend sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Alpharetta and Sandy Springs.  The students gathered at the Spalding Elementary School and enjoyed a lasagna dinner prepared by the Sandy Springs Inner Wheel club.  The students spent Friday night at Rotarians' homes.  On Saturday morning, the GRSP students met at the Alpharetta YMCA and then traveled to Atlanta to tour the Atlanta Zoo and the CNN Center.  Saturday afternoon, the students played games at Andretti's in Alpharetta, and they concluded their day with a lock-in at the YMCA.

Thanks to John Norton for organizing the GRSP weekend for the Club.
