Mayor's Challenge - Runner's BAG STUFFING Event

Please join the Mayor's Challenge Planning Committee for a really fun service 'mini-project' this Friday - just after our regularly scheduled Rotary meeting.

WHO: Rotarians with a little free time Friday morning

WHAT: Place Sponsor-donated promotional items ("goodies") into Bags

WHEN: Friday, 8/22 Time: approximately 8:45 am "until" (we estimate 10:45am)

WHY: Because we need help getting this mini-project completed prior to the Big Event!

HOW: Once the room is cleared from our regular meeting/breakfast - we will set up an assembly line of "Goodies" which will be placed into Runner's Bags for the upcoming 5K Race.

These events are always "good fun" & fellowship.

Come serve with us on Friday!
