President's Message - May 23, 2014

 
Spring is a time of change in so many ways. The obvious rejuvenation of the flowers, trees and plants are in the forefront along with the yellow coating of pollen we in the south have become so accustomed to.  Some of us are experiencing changes in our children’s schools going from elementary school to middle school to high school and for some of us, on to college.  Spring comes every year but the degree of change that comes with it is different for all of us depending on where we are in our lives.  For our GRSP student Luma it is a time for her transition from her attending school and traveling  here in The United States back to her family and school  in Brazil.  Our partner clubs have arranged for a farewell reception next week on Tuesday from 5-7 at the Roswell location of Pure.  It would be great for our club to have a nice turnout.  If you are not engaged in one of the many “Spring Changes” come on out for a beverage and some fellowship as we say good bye for now to Luma.
