Rotary After Hours on Friday the 13th

On Friday evening an enthusiastic crowd of Rotarians and spouses braved the byzantine rules regarding sales of beer at Blind Murphy's. We needed our mayor and a couple of city council members to explain why we can drink a 4 oz glass of beer inside, but have to go outside if we have a 12 oz cup of beer.
