Steve Sear is senior vice president of global sales for Delta Air Lines where he is responsible for Delta’s worldwide sales programs and relationships with corporate customers and travel management companies. Steve also oversees Reservation Sales and Customer Care, Delta’s Latin America region, and MLT Vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta.

Prior to joining Delta Air Lines, Steve held various leadership positions at Northwest Airlines, including vice president sales & customer care, managing director reservations, and Japan-based director revenue management & distribution.

Steve serves on the Business Travel News Editorial Board and is on the board of directors for United Way of Greater Atlanta.  Additionally, Steve is actively engaged in a number of business organizations including Global Business Travel Association and Association of Corporate Travel Executives. 

Steve earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.  Steve lives in Atlanta with his wife, Karen, and their three children.
