 Paul Beecham, MD 

Paul Beecham, MD, is a board certified Psychiatrist who has worked in corrections for the past 19 years, serving prisons in Georgia and Alabama.

Dr Beecham had earlier been in private practice in Marietta, Ga for 22 years.

Early in his career he had been a home builder in Decatur, Ga for 9 years before going back to school and ultimately becoming a physician.
 
In the past 20 years he has been involved in short term medical missions in South America, Central America and Kenya.
 
His family has been residents of Roswell, Ga since 1973.  He and his wife are members of Roswell United Methodist Church  where Dr Beecham frequently teaches Sunday School.  He has lectured about the diagnosis and treatment of mentally ill inmates to other mental health providers on a national basis.
