Brant J. Standridge

Mr. Standridge has more then 16 years of banking experience.  He joined the Management Development Program in 1998 and then served as a Credit Analyst in Business Loan Administration; Business Services Officer and Business Banking Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina.  In 2001 he became the Business Banking Manager and Retail Banking Manager in Washington, D.C.  Shortly following he became the Baltimore Area Executive of the Baltimore Metro Region, in Baltimore, Maryland.  In 2008 he was promoted to the Regional President position of the Chesapeake Region, in Annapolis, Maryland.  In 2009 he was named as BB&T Maryland State President and Regional President of the Baltimore Metro Region, Baltimore, Maryland.  In November, 2011 Mr. Standridge was named Group/State President for the North Atlanta Region, Atlanta, Georgia.

Former Board member of the Maryland Bankers Association, Anne Arundel Health Systems Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Maryland Science Center, Ecuadent Foundation, and the Greater Baltimore Committee.  Current Board member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Allies, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Buckhead Coalition, Georgia Bankers Association, member of Atlanta Rotary Club and YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta.
