After many years as one of Atlanta’s top real estate agents, Shaun accepted the invitation to open Keller Williams’ first office in Georgia. In a few short years, Shaun grew one office with 27 agents to six Atlanta market centers with approximately 1,000 real estate professionals. Shaun’s market centers have given back millions of dollars to agents in Keller Williams’ profit sharing system. The Rawls Group consistently ranks in the top quartile nationally for Keller Williams Realty International and Real Trends’ Top 100 Brokers in the United States.  And for the past four years,The Rawls Group has also been recognized as the #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.   Additionally, Shaun is an Owner of the New York Tri-State Region for Keller Williams Realty.

An Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia Tech, Shaun is an avid proponent of building an on-purpose and balanced life.  He models the notion that real estate shouldn’t be your life, but it should support it. In addition to operating his six Keller Williams offices, Shaun takes plenty of time to enjoy his family, friends, and hobbies, which include reading, tennis, golf, motorcycling and spending as much time as possible with his two sons, Noble & Steel.
