Tim Perry

Tim Perry, Director of Investments at North American Properties, has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in acquisitions, complex capital structuring, and repositioning of assets.

A Partner at North American Properties since 2009, Mr. Perry is responsible for capital relationship formation with equity and debt partners, underwriting, assessment of acquisition opportunities and dispositions, and overall development and measurement of strategic objectives. Amongst others, Mr. Perry led the acquisition and due diligence teams for Town Center at Atlantic Station in Midtown Atlanta and the Avalon development site in Alpharetta, GA. Having been involved in more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career, he brings extensive experience to the position. Previously, Mr. Perry served a Senior Vice President at Shoptaw-James and L.J. Melody & Company, the mortgage banking arm of C.B. Richard Ellis. Mr. Perry holds a degree in business from Rhodes College. He is a licensed real estate Broker in Georgia, a member of Urban Land Institute, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

experience. Her depth of knowledge of Georgia’s bank owned real estate, land acquisitions and sales resulted in creating Atlanta Fine Homes Managed Assets Division. Her relationship with several large financial institutions resulted in over 15 million dollars of referral business to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International, including one of the largest sales in North Fulton.

Debra works exclusively with builders and developers to assist in the sales and marketing of new construction homes. In January 2013, Debra was selected to be the onsite sales consultant for The Avalon Residences in Alpharetta, a Monte Hewitt Elite development of 101 custom homes.
