Foster Care Support

Rachel Ewald, Executive Director

Foster Care Support Foundation was founded by a foster mom who after fostering over 50 children had a vision of a strengthened system so she started a support program out of her garage. FCSF now operates out of a 20,000 square foot donation and distribution center in Roswell, GA serving Statewide and supports an average of 3,000 children annually. The program distributes an average of $10,000,000 in goods and services annually on a shoe string budget of just over one half million. FCSF is funded exclusively by private, faith based and corporate donations with no government funding. A registered 501C3 non-profit organization, FCSF partners with all Georgia DFCS counties to make a difference in the lives of children that have been abused and neglected and are pulled from their homes, placing them in foster care for safe keeping.  A volunteer-driven organization, using manpower of 3000 to 6000 annual volunteers, FCSF is the only successfully operating program of its kind in the country and has over one dozen components of its program
