Carl Gritzmaker, a pioneer in the software industry, who has held senior officer positions at Lotus Development Corporation, Ashton Tate, Migent Software during the first decade of what is known as the software business. He has some interesting insight in what he calls "The early software wars" that saw the failure of most of his competitors. Currently he is CEO of NextKey Solutions another software startup company.

Another point of interest is the original Microsoft Flite Simulator was his aircraft N4081L, a Piper Navajo that served as transportation delivering Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer to Las Vegas Comdex from Seattle.

Carl normally resides in Europe and is planning on returning very soon.
